5. not reporting convictions;
6. not having renounced the management of a similar year in the previous five years;
7. Not having had an administrative proceeding for the smuggling of monopoly goods against him. If at least five years have passed since the crime was extinguished, the Administration has the right to allow the management of the activity;
8. Not to have been removed from the capacity of manager, assistant or clerk of a warehouse or resale, or from other duties inherent to the Administration of State Monopolies. If at least five years have elapsed since the removal, the subject can in any case take over the business;
9. Achieve, within six months from the assignment, the professional suitability to carry out the activity of dealer of monopoly genres by attending specific training courses governed on the basis of an agreement stipulated between the Autonomous Administration of State Monopolies and the organizations of most representative category.
